Cloak and Choppa is back and better than ever in 2025. This year, I'm running it as a Warhammer 6th edition narrative event, set on the classic isle of Albion! Once more hosted at The Gaming Arena in Coburg North.
What is a narrative event you say? Unlike your typical tournament you will be assigned to either the Good or Evil Team. These teams will vie for control of part of the Old World, with each individual score for games won, added to the total for the team. There are no individual scores, although there will be individual awards, like best painted and best sportsmanship.
The missions are going to be in keeping with the narrative and favours will be awarded to whichever side is losing at any given time, as is the will of the capricious Warhammer Gods. Missions are also table specific, rather than round specific. You might find some interesting scenarios you weren't expecting!
Your army will be a total of 2,250 points, made up of a 1,250 point Battalion, a 500 point Vanguard and a 500 point Rearguard! Each of these elements will be used in different ways, depending on the scenario.
