We have a quick and easy form you can use to submit your event. To see the form, click the button below.
Events submitted through the form usually are approved and appear on the VWC within 24 hours of submission.

TO’s who run a few events a year.
Convention or Expo events.

Apply to moderate the VWC
We’re always keen for more people to join the VWC moderation team.
As a moderator, you’ll be able to submit and approve your own events, and help us approve incoming submissions.
Good For
TO’s who run more than one event per month.
Clubs and communities.
Stores and LGS’s.
Express Submission (LGS only)
We know LGS’s already spend a significant amount of time maintaining events on other platforms. For this reason, you can use the below form to submit a link to your existing event page, and we’ll do the work to convert it into an entry on the VWC.
